Eligibility & Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and submitting vehicles.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used to abuse the site.

Vehicle Data & Submissions

• By submitting vehicle data (including VINs, photos, build details and options), you grant neonRegistry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and use that information for registry and research purposes.
• You confirm that the information you submit is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and that you have the right to share any photos or content you upload.
• We may edit, annotate or aggregate submitted data to correct errors or improve the accuracy of production counts and reports.

Use of Registry Data

• Registry data (including production tables, counts and aggregated reports) is provided for informational and enthusiast purposes only and may contain errors or omissions.
• You may reference or link to registry data for personal, enthusiast, club or non-commercial research use. For substantial reuse or commercial use, please contact us first.
• You agree not to mass-scrape, mirror or automatically harvest the site in a way that degrades performance or bypasses normal access controls.

User Conduct

• You agree not to use neonRegistry for any unlawful purpose or to post content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory or fraudulent.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, administrative areas or underlying systems.
• You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the site, or interfere with normal operation.

Intellectual Property

• The neonRegistry site, design, compiled production data, and original content are owned by Neon Registry and/or its contributors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Third-party trademarks, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

Disclaimers

• neonRegistry is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Registry and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or registry data.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the site will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for access to the relevant service.

Changes to the Site & Terms

• We may update or modify neonRegistry, including features, content and access rules, at any time without prior notice.
